Reservation/Cancellation Policy: Reservation must be made and paid for in advance. Reservations are only valid for the time and date indicated on the confirmation letter. Cancellation received by MGT in writing 8 or more days prior to first date of service will result in a full refund. Any cancellation less than 8 days prior to the date of service can result in a 0% refund.

Flight and water excursions may be delayed or canceled due to weather conditions at the vendor’s discretion at the time of reserved service. If canceled and unable to make other scheduled arrangements, a full refund will be sent or issued.
