Reservation/Cancellation Policy: Reservation must be made and paid for in advance. Reservations are only valid for the time and date indicated on the confirmation letter. Cancellation received by MGT in writing 8 or more days prior to first date of service will result in a full refund. Any cancellation less than 8 days prior to the date of service can result in a 0% refund.

Flight and water excursions may be delayed or canceled due to weather conditions at the vendor�s discretion at the time of reserved service. If canceled and unable to make other scheduled arrangements, a full refund will be sent or issued.

Tour vouchers will be emailed after receipt of full payment.
